Courses

By tradition and evolution the Sixth Form at The Skegness Grammar School is essentially academic.

All students follow courses leading to Advanced Level of the GCE and the majority of our students move onto Higher Education.

Pupils study three A Levels from the start of Year 12 through to the end of Year 13. Also, students have the opportunity to study the Extended Project Qualification- a highly respected qualification designed to develop academic study skills relevant for progression onto university. In addition, there is a very rich programme of sporting and extra-curricular activities. Students also study PSHE and Careers, Information, Education and Guidance.
